1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

All delivery times are on a best-endeavour basis and are measured in working days from dispatch.

Print Only Orders
Shipping for print-only orders is charged per order, regardless of how many prints are included.

Framed Print Orders
Shipping for framed prints is charged per frame unit. Rates vary by destination and frame size.

4. How Shipping Is Calculated
The following logic applies when your order contains a mix of products:
- Prints only → one flat shipping fee per order, regardless of quantity
- Framed prints only → shipping charged per frame
- Prints + frames combined → framed shipping logic applies (per frame); no additional print shipping charge
- Multiple frames → shipping is the sum of each individual frame's rate
5. Packaging
How your prints are packaged depends on size, paper type, and destination.
Sent flat in an envelope:
- UK & Germany: up to 42cm on the long edge (A3)
- Rest of World: up to 42cm on the long edge
- USA & Canada: under 12″×16″
Sent rolled in a tube:
- UK & Germany: above 42cm on the long edge
- Rest of World: above 42cm on the long edge
- USA & Canada: 12″×16″ and above
All framed prints are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
6. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices.
