Two Jeyties, Gangaram Chintaman Tambat (c. 1792).

A Pune artist that documented the Peshwa court, Tambat is known for his depictions of Jeyties (wrestlers). The two figures have highlighted silhouettes  to draw attention to their poses. The original is a watercolour, using graphite with pen and brown ink on cream laid paper. Part of the permanent collection of the Yale Center for British Art, New Haven, USA.

An American traveller and painter, Sargent depicts a small grey shore in Salamis island, part of a collection of sketches during her travels around Greece. Part of the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
